The Bhoomi puja of this project was performed by JCI Senator Dr. Jivraj Shah (Municipal Councillor), JCI Senator Chhagan P. Jan; and inaugurated by Smt. Jaywantiben Mehta on 25th December 1999, to commemorate the 75th Birthday of Hon'ble Prime Minister of India Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. This project was initiated and completed during the Presidential tenure of JCI Senator Paras M. Jain (1999).
