The bhoomi pujan of this project was performed by MLJC Ratna JCI Sen Dr. Jivraj Shah
(Municipal Councillor), Late MLJC Ratna JCI Sen Chhangan P. Jain and inaugurated by
Late Smt. Jaywantiben Mehta on 25th December 1999, to commemorate the
75th Birthday of Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
This Project was initiated and completed in the year 1999 during the
Presidential tenure of JCI Sen Paras M. Jain.
